There is this glitch where when I bounce from moon to moon I get stuck sideways and cant move. this has happened twice now. I also think you should add some sort of jump buffering if only slight. If you tap the jump button a pixel before you hit the ground it wont do anything and you will have to click it again to respond. this is especially frustrating in the more fast paced sections of the game where this will ultimately lead to death.
I found out that clearing all 3 objectives in a level in one go gives you a "Case Closed" thing over where the objective icons would be in the hub menu.
What is your monitor's resolution and refresh rate?
And does the browser version work?
A quick Google says this might be an issue with the version of Unity I'm using and high refresh rate monitors. But if that's the case, I'm surprised nobody's reported it before.
Hey, mind if I ask you to add a visual indicator somewhere while the mod loader is in use. If you can add something perhaps next to the version number in the bottom right corner it would be a great benefit to the community that speedruns this game, we aren't huge by any means but would like to maintain good practices such as warding off potential rule-breaking runs (a modified game in this case).
However, what you've done is incredible and I'm sure Kevin is happy people are taking interest in his game other than just playing it.
I'll be messaging him shortly to see if it's possible for him to add something to his end in looking for modifications in case you don't see this comment.
The Korone level is the cruellest thing to ever happen to me, and I once spent $40 to watch Star Wars Episode 9 in cinemas. That said, Its most likely because I'm the worst platform gamer on the planet, the game itself is amazing, and I quite liked the Fantasy Sprite setting of that level.
I hope you aren't ever accused of any violent crimes in the future, because this comment would definitely be taken out of context and used as evidence against you.

I still have a drifting problem and I can’t ground pound, so the game is basically unplayable for me

Entirely intended. That's how you expertly play the game by exploiting the major jumps and angles.
I made a mod loader for smol ame.
You can find the mod loader at nexus or at github.
Plus an infinite jump, increased speed, and slower ground pound mod for the loader.
If anyone has any suggestions for mods, I'll be glad to hear them.

There is instructions here. I use Visual Studio, but you can pretty much use any IDE.

Great game I love it and I love the Mega Korone sprites and overall theme of the game,
I did a run of it, I did not clear all the levels but I did have fun.
bro i found an easter egg! in the Mogu Mogu level, go backwards at the start and ground pound the pepperoni. "PEPELONI!"
